It’s well suited for those managing full lives, evolving health needs, and changing hormones – and who value continuity, access, and care that adapts over time.
How do I sign up?

Decide to move forward and invest in your health. Your discovery call with Dr. Tierney will confirm you're a good fit and walk you through next steps.

Schedule your 1 hour visit with Dr. Tierney to get started. This can be in-person at our SODO office or virtual.

Complete your intake forms online. We will request your previous records to be prepared for your first visit. Then arrive at your appointment and discover no wait, no copay, and not rushed visits.

Membership is not currently available to beneficiaries of any government healthcare program (Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE/CHAMPUS/CHAMPVA, The VA, Indian Health Service, etc.) however they are welcome to join our waitlist.
