The Fine Print
For Founding Members the initial enrollment fee of $150 will be waived.
No long term commitment is required. We request a 30-day notice for membership termination
Membership is not currently available to beneficiaries of any government healthcare program (Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE/CHAMPUS/CHAMPVA, The VA, Indian Health Service, etc.) however they are welcome to join our waitlist.
What's Included?
Your flat monthly membership covers office visits, virtual care, and follow-up communication, including test review, treatment recommendations, and specialist coordination. It also includes 24/7 direct access to your doctor by secure call, text, or email.
Labs and imaging are not included and are offered separately at transparent, discounted cash prices.
This model provides clear upfront pricing and avoids the delays, paperwork, and surprise bills of insurance-based care.
